Make A Return

 We'd hope you were happy with your order, but if you'd like to make a return please follow these steps: 

UK

1. Email info@issuetwelve.com with the following: 

- Your name used at checkout.

- The product name/s

2. You will find two return labels inside the envelope that came with your order. Take one and stick to the outside of your Issue Twelve box. Make sure to cover the old delivery details that were used to send your order to you. Please make sure to seal the box closed. The second label in the envelope should be handed to the courier at pick up. 

3. Visit https://mydhl.express.dhl or call +44 1332 828400 to schedule a collection. 

 

Europe & International

1. Email info@issuetwelve.com with the following: 

- Your name used at checkout.

- The product name/s

- The waybill number of your returning shipment. Find this under the barcode on the postage label in your envelope. 

We will then send you a commercial invoice. 

2. You will find two return labels in the envelope that came with your order. Take the return postage label inside the envelope and stick on the outside of the Issue Twelve box. Make sure to cover the old delivery details that were used to send to your order to you. The second label in the envelope, named the 'WAYBILL DOC' should be handed to the courier at pick up along with your commercial invoice. 

3. Visit https://mydhl.express.dhl to schedule a collection. Please make sure to seal the parcel closed. 

 

Return Policy

You can return items within 14 days of the date of delivery to receive a full refund. The item must be unused and in the same condition as it was when you received it, with tags attached and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return that does not comply with the above conditions. If the item is in the original condition, the refund will be processed and a credit applied to your original method of payment.
